Weddings of the Keys

A marriage license may be obtained at the Key West Courthouse, 500 Whitehead Street.  The fee is $86 and there is no waiting period if both parties are non-Florida residents.  If both parties are Florida residents, there is a three day waiting period unless a premarital class has been taken, then there is no waiting period.

The options for vows are unlimited.  The only requirement for the ceremony is that vows are expressed.  I am happy to talk with you and asssit you in composing your vows.  Some couples opt to use my standard vows for a civil ceremony.  I am here to help if you wish.
